Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and where it is located on the Service (e.g., the content ID or link).
Your contact information (address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
You can also file in-app or via safety@throattheory.com. We remove valid-notice content promptly and notify the uploader.
If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Not for non-consensual intimate images
If an intimate image of you was shared without consent, you don't need to own the copyright — use our faster Safety Center takedown process (removal within 48 hours under the TAKE IT DOWN Act).
