A 'verified real human' is exactly what it sounds like: a profile confirmed to be a genuine, of-age person — not a bot, a catfish, or a stolen photo. It's the whole idea behind Throat Theory: everyone you see has proven they're real, so 'is this person even real?' stops being a question.
